Please read this policy together with our Terms of Service. If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from your order under the conditions set out below and in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law.
2. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to help@plyxaronxynlixer.world or by post to the address above). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. If you use another clear statement (e.g. “I wish to withdraw from my order”), that is sufficient.

3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We are not required to reimburse the direct cost of return unless we have agreed to do so or unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear those costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but if you use the product beyond what is necessary to check it (e.g. open and consume a significant part of the contents), we may deduct an amount for diminished value or refuse reimbursement where permitted by law.
4. How to return the product
Please contact us first (by email or phone) to notify us of your withdrawal and to obtain return instructions. We will tell you where and how to send the product. You should pack the product securely (ideally in its original packaging if possible) and send it to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us; we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit unless we have arranged and paid for the return ourselves.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Dutch and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including (where applicable): (a) the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised; (b) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; (c) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; (d) the supply of goods which after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items. For standard, sealed food supplement products such as Optiviron, if the seal has been broken or the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning, we may apply the rules on diminished value as set out above, or where the law allows we may not be required to accept return of certain opened products. We will inform you when you contact us if any exception applies to your order.
6. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If the product you received is faulty, damaged, or does not conform to what was agreed (e.g. wrong product, missing items), you have statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, in accordance with Dutch and EU law. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, if possible, photos. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. Where the product is faulty or non-conforming, we will typically bear the cost of return and will refund or replace in accordance with the law. This is without prejudice to your right of withdrawal as described above.
7. Refund timing and method
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice (or, if later, of us receiving the goods or evidence of their return). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless we have agreed otherwise. If you paid by card, the refund will be credited to the same card; processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. You will not be charged any fee for the refund by us.
8. Business customers
If you are not a consumer (e.g. you are ordering in the course of your trade or business), the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Any returns or refunds in that case will be subject to our agreement and these terms. Please contact us to discuss.
